If the expense does not fall within an approved budget line item or completed plan of work, then it will not be reimbursed until it is approved by the PTA Executive Board. Also, please note that according to our bylaws, we are unable to reimburse sales tax. So, if you paid sales tax, please subtract that from the receipt amount BEFORE submitting.
